This page explains how the Romara Living website (romaraliving.com) handles information. We have kept the site simple on purpose: it is here to show you our property and help you get in touch.

Information you choose to send us

The enquiry form on our Contact page does not send or store anything on this website. When you press “Send by email”, your own email app opens with your message ready to send; when you choose WhatsApp, the WhatsApp app or website opens instead. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use the details you share (such as your name, contact details, dates and number of guests) only to reply to your enquiry and to help with your stay.

Bookings

Reservations are made through Booking.com. When you book there, Booking.com collects and processes your booking details under its own privacy policy, and shares with us the information we need to host you.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Some features are provided by other companies, who may collect information under their own privacy policies when you use them:

Google Maps — the interactive map on our Experience and Contact pages is embedded from Google, and Google may set cookies when it loads.
Google reviews — where reviews from Google are shown, they are provided by Google.

You can ask us what information we hold about you from your enquiries, or ask us to delete it, by emailing romaraliving@gmail.com.
